1. What day / time are the live sessions?
Our weekly SMC session is hosted on Tuesday evenings at 6pm PST / 9pm EST.
If you choose to miss a session, recordings are held in the membership for five days.
2. WIll this help me in my relationship?
The foundational skills of self-awareness, self-responsibility, and self-mastery will be cultivated every week — resulting in a strengthened capacity to move through conflict with unshakeable inner power and an open and compassionate heart.
Every third month, we’ll work directly in the relational sphere; using advanced practices to heal old shadows, and lean into new edges of possibility.
Our medicine bag also includes potent couple’s practices that you’re invited to engage in with your partner.
3. What if I want to cancel?
You are free to make that choice. You’re not “locked in”.
The only commitment or contract in SMC is to show up in full integrity. The moment the container no longer feels suitable to your growth, you are invited to consciously exit within 3 business days of your next renewal.
Your decision will be fully respected and honored without guilt or pressure.
4. Is this just about sharing feelings and being vulnerable?
It is a safe space to be open and transparent about your experience. And, this is NOT a “sharing circle” or “support group”.
